Early exit with All Stars at Jacksonville Speedway

Ryan Timms entered a single event over the rain-shortened weekend on Friday with a return visit to Jacksonville Speedway (Jacksonville, Ill.) for the Tezos All Star Circuit of Champions sanctioned program.

Drawing 43 entries to the Illinois bullring, Timms qualified fifth in his group before fading to sixth in his heat, relegating him into a consolation race. With a B-Main victory placing him on the 11th row for the $6,000-to-win A-Main, Ryan was an early retiree from the 35-lapper with 11 circuits remaining.

Both Saturday’s event at Knoxville Raceway (Knoxville, Iowa) and Sunday’s stop at Huset’s Speedway (Brandon, S.D.) fell victim to Mother Nature.
