Ryan Timms races into Premier Chevy Dealers Clash at Knoxville

With Friday’s scheduled opener washed out by inclement weather, Ryan Timms made a lone appearance over the weekend as the World of Outlaws NOS Energy Drink Sprint Car Series rolled into the iconic Knoxville Raceway for the Premier Chevy Dealers Clash.

Among a formidable field of 65 competitors at the Sprint Car Capital of the World, Timms secured a spot in the $12,000-to-win A-Main by finishing third in his heat race. However, despite the strong start, he was unable to maintain momentum in the 25-lap feature, ultimately crossing the line in 16th.
