Pair of runner-up finishes at Knoxville and Huset's

Ryan Timms returned to the seat of his Liebig Motorsports No. 10 Sprint Car over the weekend, notching a pair of podium finishes at two of Sprint Car racing’s most iconic venues.

On Saturday at Knoxville Raceway—dubbed the Sprint Car Capital of the World—Timms advanced from sixth to third in his heat race before delivering a strong runner-up performance in the main event.

He matched that effort on Sunday at Huset’s Speedway, where he capped the weekend with another second-place finish in the 25-lap feature. Timms joined race-winner Kaleb Johnson and third-place finisher Mark Dobmeier on the podium.
