Timms concludes World of Outlaws DIRTcar Nationals with top-ten in Wednesday opener
Oklahoma City, Oklahoma's Ryan Timms took his talents to Florida during the recent week, not only jumpstarting his 2026 sprint car season with four nights of DIRTcar Nationals competition at Volusia Speedway Park, but joining the World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series to do so, highlighting all action with a top-ten appearance - finishing seventh, officially - on February 4. Timms, the reigning Knoxville Nationals and Tuscarora 50 champion, qualified for two of the three main events contested, racing on to finish 14th on February 6.
Thursday's event was eventually canceled due to Mother Nature; Timms did not qualify for Saturday's finale.
