Timms quick in weekend outing at I-55; Knoxville opener on deck
Oklahoma City, Oklahoma's Ryan Timms continued his 2026 campaign with a two-day outing at I-55 Federated Auto Parts Raceway Park in Pevely, Missouri, joining the World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series for the two-day Spring Classic.
Although unable to conquer the Greatest Show On Dirt, the young Sooner did the next best thing and achieved back-to-back top-tens, finishing no worse than eighth in the weekend pair. The reigning Knoxville Nationals and Tuscarora 50 champion concluded action with a fifth-place outcome on Friday, April 10, and an eighth-place outcome on Saturday, April 11. Timms now has eight top-tens on the season, three of which occurring within the top-five.
Ryan Timms and Liebig Motorsports will now move their attention to the Hawkeye State, set to help Knoxville Raceway open its doors with a visit on Saturday, April 18. Learn more about Knoxville Raceway online at www.knoxvilleraceway.com.
